In the season of recovery and spring blossoms, the College of International Education (CIE) welcomed the first batch of 13 international students returning to campus. The international students returned to school safely to start the new semester, bid farewell to year 2022 which was bravely moving forward under the epidemic situation, and ushered in 2023 which is a year full of dreams and hopes. After three years, the old students finally returned to their familiar campus to continue their studies and the freshmen coming from Mongolia and Laos said, "I finally saw the true face of the university, and also met the 'netizens'--teachers and classmates". Strolling in the campus, admiring the white magnolia flowers, Cao Gao, a student from Mongolia, had the "real feeling" of going to university. He couldn't help but sigh: "This is what the fascinating university looks like in everyone's mind!".
Preparations for international student returning to university have been in progress for a long time. Every member of CIE team has accurately tracked and managed the various links such as investigating students' willingness to return to campus, purchasing air tickets, entering the country, and entering campus safely to continue studying. The students returning to campus are full of feelings of cherishing the campus life. Under the careful organization and arrangement of the CIE teachers, they start their majors and their new rounds of university career.
