1. Qualifications
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, holding ordinary passports, and be in good physical and mental health. Chinese citizens who apply to enter Chinese colleges and universities as foreign students after immigrating abroad must hold valid foreign passports or nationality certification documents for more than 4 years (inclusive), must hold valid foreign passports or nationality certification documents for more than 4 years, and have actually lived abroad for more than 2 years in the last four years (by April 30th of the year of admission). Living abroad for 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, and it subjects to entry and exit stamps of customs.
2. Age Requirement
1) 16 to 55 years old.
2) Applicants under the age of 18 must ask their parents to formally entrust a foreigner or Chinese resident in China as their guardian during school, and provide relevant certification materials.
3) Applicants for category A government scholarships should be under the age of 25.
3. Education Background
Undergraduate applicants must have graduated from high school or have the equivalent certification.
4. Language Requirement
1)Applicants for the undergraduate program (taught in Chinese) should have at least level 4 Chinese language proficiency (HSK 4) in the International Chinese Language Proficiency Scales.”
2)Applicants for the undergraduate program of international nursing (taught in English) should pass the interview with foreign teachers, and those with IELTS and TOEFL scores will be given priority.
5. Financial Requirement
Applicants should provide a financial guarantee certificate or a bank deposit certificate. Please consult the admissions staff for the specific amount.
